A friend of mine just got pregnant after 3 years of infertility treatments. Any gift ideas?

I want to get her a little congratulatory gift or something…but i have no idea what. Is it too soon to get her actual baby stuff? Should i get her a gift card to someplace? Or something for HER? She is waiting to tell people in case she miscarries or something, she knows that she’s not completely out of the woods yet, but I’d like to do SOMETHING as this is a huge deal for her.
